Our CSR strategy

CSR at the heart of our business and how we work
 

As a pioneer and leader in SRI with almost 30 years of experience in this field, Natixis Asset Management has defined an ambitious Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategy, in order to deeply implement CSR issues at the very heart of its activities.

In fact, aAs a leading asset manager, Natixis Asset Management is fully aware of its role and its responsibility to promote awareness of the social, environmental and governance challenges facing its entire value chain.

Therefore, Natixis Asset Management top managers are fully involved in the definition of the CSR strategy and each department is working on its implementation.

In addition, Natixis Asset management identified specific CSR issues that may be undertaken by its employees, through an original participative approach. Therefore, each employees has the possibility to endorse en specific role in order to improve the company’s practices regarding its charity approach, diversity (gender p

arity, integration of people with disabilities), workplace wellness or the company environmental footprint.

This collective approach reflects Natixis Asset Management’s aim to make CSR a daily reality and one of the cornerstones of its corporate culture.

1 The first socially responsible fund offered by Natixis Asset Management, Natixis Impact Nord Sud Développement, was launched in 1985. A full range of ISR and solidarity funds was then rolled out over the following years.
