A participative approach

Staff committed to shared responsibility


A special feature of the CSR1 approach at Natixis Asset Management is its participative nature. Working groups made up of volunteer staff work alongside the company on five specific areas: diversity, such as gender parity and integration of disabilities, the company environment footprint, charity and well-being in the workplace.

Over 12% of staff is involved in this program to improve CSR pratices on those field via this program. These five groups put forward initiatives in each of these five areas, and raise awareness amongst all staff across the company. This approach reflects Natixis Asset Management’s ambition to make CSR a daily reality and one of the cornerstones of its corporate culture via three main areas:

  • Improve company practices
  • Support business teams through implementation
  • Promote the approach
